Bomb defused in Dagestan

A powerful explosive device has been defused in Khasavyurt, Dagestan, the Rosbalt news agency reports on Tuesday. 

The bomb with a capacity of 10 kg TNT was found near a road this morning, the National Anti-Terror Committee reports.
