Boston Marathon blast organizer’s detention conditions to improve

US authorities will allow Dzokhar Tsarnayev, suspected organizer of the Boston Marathon blast, to have visitors, including psychiatrists.

It will be clear in January whether prosecutors will demand a capital punishment for Tsarnayev or not.
