Turkey will continue fighting Kurdish insurgents despite their appeal for ceasefire

Turkey will not stop the armed struggle against rebels of the Kurdish Workers’ Party, despite their call for a ceasefire during the period of Ramadan, it was claimed at a session of the National Security Council on Thursday. The party is regarded as a terrorist organization.
