Armenia to let in Rosneft in exchange for lift of custom fees

Armenian Minister for Energy Armen Movsisyan said that Rosneft will be permitted to work in Armenia only after lifting custom fees for Russian petroleum, News.am reports.Earlier reports said that the project implied formation of a network of 40-50 gasoline stations at the Zartnots Airport of Yerevan. The project has not been completed and its costs have not yet been fully decided.
