Lavrov: Russia surprised by OSCE meeting in Kiev

Some opinions expressed at the OSCE ministerial meeting in Kiev are surprising and do not befit the agenda of the organization, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said. Lavrov praised the organization of the OSCE ministerial meeting in Kiev.
