No material or political reasons behind halting of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars test - minister

He explained that the difficulties were in coordinating of the railway construction by Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey.As an example, Yildirim said that part of the 4-km tunnel in Aktas was on the Turkish and part on the Georgian side. Experts needed a lot of time to find a solution for its construction.Yildirim said that the railway will be tested in 2014.
