Russia sets new quota for migrants

The Russian government has set up a temporary residence quota for 95,880 foreigners in 2014, Interfax reports.The figure is based on proposals of executives of Russian regions with account of the migration situation and economic condition of each region. The quota serves to improve efficiency of migration control.
