Aztelecom and Baku Telephone Communication to merge

Aztelecom and the Baku Telephone Communication will merge in 2014, said Azerbaijani Minister for Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov, APA reports.The two structures will form a joint venture. Abbasov’s ministry and the State Property Committee have already prepared a proposal for their merging.
