Syrian chemical weapons to be destroyed within a year, John Kerry says

US Secretary of State John Kerry says the Syrian chemical weapons will be destroyed within the next year, ITAR-TASS reports.

The process has already been started, the US official says. The United States will provide the technology necessary for destruction of the chemical arsenal, Kerry underlines.
