Georgia files complaint against Russia with UN

  Georgia has delivered a statement to the UN accusing Russia of violating the Ceasefire Agreement, reports Georgia News. Two years after the adoption of the Ceasefire Agreement on the 12th of August 2008, Russian troops occupied territories beyond the conflict area, Russian troops and illegal military units of pro-Russian regimes continued to carry out robberies, kidnapping, arson, compulsory passportization, organization of terrorist acts and other illegal actions, the statement says.
