Four militants killed in Kabardino-Balkaria’s Bylym

Four militants surrounded in a private house in Bylym in the Elbrussky District of Kabardino-Balkaria have been killed in a special operation, RIA Novosti reports.The counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed in the area at 8.30 am on Sunday. Two militants were killed before nightfall. The operation renewed in the morning and resulted in four militants dead, including Arsen Khandokhov, the head of a gang operating in the Elbrussky District.
