MP of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications Alexei Mitrofanov spoke about the great potential for development which the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District in various areas have and stressed the need for the active introduction of information technologies in the whole space of the North Caucasus Federal District.
