Tsarnayev defence may seek a change of venue for his case

Lawyers for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the accused Boston Marathon bomber, may seek a change of venue for the case, media report.

The defence is expected to to file its request before February 28th. The lawyers have already asked the court to postpone the dealine. 

The defence may seek a change of venue as the US Solicitor Genera, Eric Holder, has demanded a capital punishment for the defendant.
