Police detachment attacked in Dagestan

A police detachment has been attacked in the Russian North Caucasus republic of Dagestan. The incident has occured in the Dagestan capital of Makhachkala.

One person has been killed, three more injured as a result of the attack.

The killed person is said to be local rebel leader Kurban Omarov.
