No plans to open Turkish-Armenian border

Turkish State Minister Cevet Yilmaz has officially denied information about any impending opening of the Turkish-Armenian border, reports 1news.az, citing the Star newspaper. During his visit to Kars, Yilmaz told journalists that problems between Armenia and Azerbaijan should be solved first and that without that expected step from Armenia, Turkey won't open the border.
