Tbilisi mayor charged with embezzlement

Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava has been officially charged with embezzlement. According to prosecutors, Ugulava used to spend the city funds on the United National Movement party. 

The mayor allegedly embezzled $29 million in 2012.
