Russia's Investigative Committee confirms charges against former commander of land forces

The spokesman for the Russian Investigative Committee, Vladimir Markin, confirms the charges against the former commander of land forces, Colonel General Vladimir Chirkin, RIA Novosti reports on Friday.

The former commander is accused of bribery, Markin says.
