Dagestani leader hails republic's achievements

The head of the Dagestani Republic, Ramazan Abdulatipov, says he is satisfied with his republic's achievments this year. According to him, the authorities managed to overcome the administrative crisis.

"A lot happened this year. We managed to overcome the administrative crisis and to win people's confidence," he says.
