Vladimir Putin: "The Ukrainians are our brothers"

During his large press conference Vladimir Putin paid a lot of attention to the Russian-Ukrainian relations. According to the President, the Ukrainians are brotherly people, and helping them is nothing reprehensible. Ukraine, according to the head of state, is free to make its choice; however, the decision should be based on expediency.
