The president of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad appointed Mohhamed Mehdi as an envoy to the Caspian sea region, reports Trend.
In addition to that, Esfandiar Rajim Mashaer was appointed an envoy to the Middle East, Jamid Bagei to Asia and Abdulfasl Sojrevand to Afganistan.
