Accounts Chamber of Russia condemns implementation of North Caucasus tourist project

The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation condemns the way the North Caucasus tourist project is being implemented. According to the auditors, the arranged activities aren't being done at all. 

Some 19 billion roubles have already been spent on the project, the body underlines.
