Iranian parliament approves relocation of capital

Iranian lawmakers voted on Tuesday in favour of relocating the country's capital. 110 MPs supported the initiative, while 67 voted against. The parliament is now set to form a special body, which will chose the country to which the Iranian capital will move.

The project has already been condemned by the executive power as being too costly.
