Russia's deputy FM admits stagnation in US ties

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov says US-Russian relations are in a state of stagnation, RIA Novosti reports on Wednesday.

"Unfortunately, we are not going forward. There are no positive changes in the situation surrounding the missile-defense systems and other issues," the official is quoted as saying.
