Presidential envoy to head North Caucasus council for youth affairs

The Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, is going to head the region's Council for Youth Affairs himself. The council is expected to recruit young activists, who may serve in governmental bodies in the future.
