Tbilisi mayor can be bailed out

Today the Tbilisi Court of Appeal denied the motion of the prosecutor to change the measure of restraint from bailment to arrest. 

The decision, according to which Ugulava has to pay a bail of 50 thousand lari ($ 1 - 1.72 GEL) within 20 days remains in force.
