Chechen leader dismisses culture minister

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has dismissed Culture Minister Dikala Muzykayev for inefficiency throughout the year, RIA Novosti reports.Kadyrov clarified that the Culture Ministry of Chechnya was the least efficient. He added that the ministry’s staff was behaving intolerably.The Chechen leader criticized the functionary for the inefficient training of specialists.Khodzh-Baudi Daakayev will replace Muzykayev. Kadyrov ordered him to pay special attention to staff training.
