Azerbaijani kindergartens and preschools freed from paying taxes

Azerbaijani lawmakers have passed a law freeing the country's kindergartens and preschools from paying taxes. According to the head of the parliament's Finance Committee, Ziyad Samedzade, the move has been taken due to lack of such kinds of institutions.
