Foreigners arriving in Russia without visas to stay for 90 days

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a bill restricting presence of foreigners arriving via the visa-free regime to the country within 90 days per 180, RIA Novosti reports.

Foreigners and stateless people exceeding the 90-day terms will be banned from Russia for 3 years.
