Several Chechen schools put on Russian Emergency Ministry's black list

An interdepartmental comission discovered over 4,000 transgressions of the fire safety norms during an investigation of schools in Chechnya, reports Yuga.ru. Schools in the villages of Bas-Gordali and Devletbi-Khutor entered the EMERCOM's “black list”. 413 individuals were professionally disciplined.
