It becomes easier to travel to Switzerland for Georgians

The agreement on the facilitation of issuance of Swiss visas to Georgian citizens came into force yesterday. According to the Swiss Embassy in Tbilisi, a simplified procedure for the issuance of long-term and multiple-entry visas will be available to businessmen, journalists, and those citizens whose families have a right to live in Switzerland.

Also, the Schengen visa (up to 90 days) will require a smaller fee - it will be reduced from 60 euros to 35 euros. The issuance of visas for a longer period will still cost 60 euros.
