Iranian Supreme Leader bans chatting with unfamiliar people online

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has forbidden online chatting with unfamiliar men and women, according to a fatwah he has passed today.

The fatwah was adopted a few days after blocking the WeChat program giving Iranians access to social networks.
