Syrian minister says terrorist groups in Russia and Syria are parts of one network

Syrian Information Minister Omran az-Zoubi says terrorist groups in Russia, Syria and Iraq are all parts of one global extremist network. The official also stresses that all Syrian rebels are terrorists and it's not justified to say that there are extremist and moderate groups among the Syrian opposition.
