SOCAR to buy OMV's share in Petrol Ofisi

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is going to buy the Austrian company OMV's share in Petrol Ofisi, which is a part of Doğan Holding. According to the Turkish media, OMV, which currently owns a 95.75 percent share in Petrol Ofisi, is going to leave the Turkish market.
