Girl born in Sochi on New Year's Eve named Olimpiada

A girl born in Sochi on the New Year's Eve was named Olimpiada, according to Tatyana Burova, Head of the civil registry office of the Central District of the city, Interfax reports.

It is the first time a girl was given such a name in Russia.
