Ali Khamenei: U.S. are still hostile to Iran and Islam

Ali Khamenei, Iran's supreme leader, said today that the U.S. is being fundamentally hostile to Islam and the Islamic Republic. "The negotiations on the nuclear issue have shown hostile attitude of America towards Iran, Iranians, Islam and Muslims," Khamenei said.

He also said that Iran does not refuse to negotiate with the U.S. "We have always said that when we think it is beneficial, we are ready to negotiate with Satan in order to restrain evil," Khamenei said. New round of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear issues is scheduled to take place in Geneva on January 9.
