Russia may adopt special punishments for connivance of terrorism

Constantine Dobrynin, Deputy Head of the committee for constitutional legislature of the Federation Council, proposed introduction of special punishments for connivance of terrorism, Interfax reports.

Officials failing to fulfill duties and let a terrorist act happen will be punished with 7-15 years of jail, permanent ban from the post and stripping of ranks and all sate awards.
