EU foreign policy chief to visit Persian Gulf states

European Commissioner for Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton is going to visit the countries of the Persian Gulf - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, the official's press secretary Michael Mann said, adding that she is going to meet with the leaders of all these states.
