UN chief says Syrian chemical weapons can be destroyed in time

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon says the Syrian chemical arsenal can be destroyed in time. "We are facing a delay, but I believe that we still have a chance to meet the schedule," the official is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
