Russia’s Verkhny Lars Checkpoint to operate 24/7

The Verkhny Lars Checkpoint (Russia) and the Kazbegi Checkpoint (Georgia) on the Russian-Georgia border will start operating in the 24/7 regime on January 15, Trend reports.

About 3 million people and over 970 cars passed Verkhny Lars in 2013.
