Kuwait to send $500 million in aid to Syria

Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, said at the second international conference of donor states for Syria that Kuwait will grant Syria $500 million in aid to help refugees, ITAR-TASS reports.The conference is chaired by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
