US senators want Magnitsky List to affect all countries

US senators John McCain and Ben Cardin have proposed the expansion of the Magnitsky List to affect all countries, forming a single list of violators of the human rights, RIA Novosti reports.The list will become an instrument to protect the strategic financial infrastructure from money-laundering and illegal income. Major human rights violators, among which Cardin mentioned Zimbabwe, Ukraine, Honduras and Papua New Guinea, will be aware that they will not escape punishment for their actions.
