Tatul Manaseryan: “Cooperation within the CIS will improve ties between countries”

Ukraine will chair the Commonwealth of Independent States from January 1st, 2014. Professor, PhD (Economics) Tatul Manaseryan and Alexander Iskandaryan, political scientist and Director of the Caucasus Institute, spoke about the prospects of Ukraine’s chairmanship of the CIS and what is needed for deeper cooperation within the Commonwealth.
