Russians to be able to vote against all candidates at federal elections

From now on Russians will be free to vote against all candidates during the federal parliamentary elections. The corresponding bill was approved today by the State Duma. 380 lawmakers voted for the bill, which was suggested by the Speaker of the Russian Parliament's upper chamber Valentina Matviyenko in October 2013. 

The option was withdrawn in 2006.
