ArmRosgazprom changes its name

Armenia's ArmRosgazprom company has changed its name to Gazprom Armenia. The Armenian government has recently sold its 20-percent share in the company to Russia's gas-producing monopoly Gazprom. 

Gazprom now owns 100 percent of the company's shares.
