Baikonur Cosmodrome remains leader of rocket launches

The Baikonur Cosmodrome made 11 Soyuz rocket launched in 2013, being the world’s leader of space launches, ITAR-TASS reports.

Four piloted Soyuz-TMA rockets, four Progress-M transport ships were launched and three more launches were made within the framework of the plan of the Federal Space Program and Commercial Launches. 10 Proton rocket carriers were launched, one of them being a failure. One Zenit and one Strela were launched.
