EU Chief Diplomat Ashton to attend Geneva-2

EU Chief Diplomat Catherine Ashton will attend the Geneva-2 Conference. She noted that the EU will approve any decision made by Lakhdar Brahimi, Special Envoy of the UN and LAS for Syria.

US Secretary of State John Kerry and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon confirmed that they will take part in the talks.
