Bomb defused in Dagestan

An explosive device was defused this morning in the Suleyman-Stalsky District of Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports on Tuesday. The device's capacity constituted 5-7 kg TNT. The bomb was planted in front of the building of the local administration.
