Al-Jazeera launches Turkish version

The Qatari broadcasting company Al-Jazeera is going to launch a Turkish version of its TV channel. The transmission is scheduled to start on January 22, the TV channel's executives say. 

In addition to Turkish events the new version will also focus on developments in Azerbaijan.
