Church of Nativity of Christ to be built in Chechnya

The Church of the Nativity of Christ will be built in Naurskaya (Chechnya) by the end of 2014, said Vladimir Kashlyunov, Head of administration of the Naursky District, Yuga.ru reports.

The construction was ordered by Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov. The Russian Copper Company of Igor Altushkin is the investor of the project. He visited the place of construction with Chechen businessman Ruslan Baysarov.

The Naursky District is one of the most populated ones in Chechnya. It has over 2,500 Russian residents. The church construction started in 2013.
