Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu gave an interview to ANS TV where he talked about Azerbaijani-Turkish ties, the balance of forces in the region after the Russian-Armenian agreement and the prospects of a Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.

He also commented on the possible opening of the Armenian-Turkish border. Davutoglu said that there should be no worries. It is not military training. Azerbaijan is also interested in the issue. Turkey is responsible for organizing field hospitals at the training. Some of the hospitals were sent to Pakistan as humanitarian aid. The border issue is not scheduled for discussions.
